We've been doing events for almost three decades and have seen many disruptions in the industry over the years.  Although the current situation is unprecedented, adapting and innovating is part of our DNA.

Staff Precautions

Our entire staff and crew will remain grounded and practice social distancing until formal agencies recommend otherwise.  We are following the guidelines of the CDC, State of Georgia, and Federal Government.  You can find more information here:  https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html

Sanitizing Regiment

Our office, warehouse, and gear is cleaned and sanitized with the appropriate products thoroughly and regularly.

Cancellation Terms & Contingency Plans

Our cancellation terms have been updated to grant greater flexibility and assurance for all partners who are moving forward with pre-production for events within the next year.  Additionally we've prepared a list of contingency strategies to discuss with partners during pre-production planning.

Virtual Production

Our production team has created a Virtual Production Guide based on the types of digital experiences we offer our partners.  These virtual events are built using much of the same technology we currently use to produce live events.  Our Virtual Production services allow partners to continue to produce highly interactive, polished, and professional events digitally at a fraction of the cost of a live event.
